Helping you achieve the goals

to live to your fullest potential.

Interpersonal therapy approach whereby how we “relate” with others affects our total outlook on life and the dreams we hope to achieve.

Welcome

Where there is a change of heart, healing can take place.

“The unexamined life is not worth living.” – Socrates

“Those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy!” — Psalm 126:5

You know you need to talk to someone and knowing where to begin can be difficult.

As your therapist my initial goal is that you feel comfortable speaking about the issues at hand. While we all can feel “stuck” at times, finding ‘release’ usually occurs through a gentle, kind and non-judgmental effort. We can witness your breakthrough from the struggles you are now facing so that you can find meaning, purpose and hope despite the worst of circumstances.

As in any first meeting, having someone who listens with compassion and understanding can make all the difference. By applying individualized therapies tailored to meet both the person and issue involved we can uncover thought processes and even the “why and how” certain behavior patterns first began to contribute to unwanted thoughts, habits and emotions.

If you’ve contemplated beginning this process or even been through therapy years ago, I would feel honored to facilitate your moving ahead towards the journey you’ve always dreamed about in being the person accomplishing the goals of your highest potential.
